Halfway To Meatless: recipes

You may have heard about ‘Meatless Mondays’, the campaign to encourage us to become vegetarians on one day a week at least. On our website we’ll be featuring not just meat-free recipes, but also some innovative ‘halfway to meatless’ ones – innovative combination recipes that involve mixing meat and non-meat ingredients to produce healthy, tasty recipes with a reduced meat content.
