All aboard! Return of the big ships
In our first issue Sandra D’arcy recalls the glory days of the great ocean liners, when thousands of passengers would gather at Liverpool’s Cunard Building before making their way to the ships that would take them across the Atlantic. It’s now been announced that today’s cruise liners will soon be starting and finishing ocean journeys at the Pier Head. More good news for our great maritime city!
